Responsibilities:
Design and develop the game's core gameplay, level design, and user experience.

Work closely with the development team to ensure the effective integration of game design and technical implementation.
Analyze user feedback and market trends to optimize the user experience and gameplay of your game.
Conceptualize innovative game concepts aligned with market trends and player preferences.
Design levels, puzzles, missions, and gameplay systems to ensure engaging player experiences.
Define core game mechanics, controls, and user interface elements.
Collaborate with writers to integrate compelling narratives into gameplay.
Conduct gameplay testing and iterate designs based on player feedback and analytics.
Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams including artists, programmers, and QA testers.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Game Design, Computer Science, or related field; or equivalent experience.
Proven experience as a game designer with a portfolio showcasing successful game projects.
Creative thinking with a passion for game development.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Proficiency in game design tools such as Unity or Unreal Engine.
Understanding of game mechanics, level design, and gameplay balancing.
Have relevant work experience in game design or related field.
Familiar with the game development process and design principles of various game genres.
